Former Copper Queens international Inonge Kaloustian has taken another significant step in her football career after joining international women's football management agency TMJ (Where Women's Football Rules) as a Talent Manager Specialist.

The appointment marks a new chapter for Kaloustian, who is transitioning into football management, where she will contribute to identifying, supporting and developing female football talent.

TMJ, an international agency specialising in women's football, welcomed the former Zambian international to its team as part of its efforts to strengthen player representation and career development.

In her new role, Kaloustian is expected to work alongside the agency's representatives to help female footballers explore professional opportunities, navigate career decisions and maximise their potential within the rapidly growing women's game.

The former Copper Queens player brings valuable experience from her playing career, complemented by an academic background that includes studies at Johns Hopkins University.

Established in 2014, TMJ has built an international presence in women's football, providing services ranging from player representation and contract negotiations to transfers and career management.

The agency has also been associated with Zambian international Racheal Kundananji, whose historic transfer to American National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) side Bay FC attracted global attention and set a then-world-record transfer fee in women's football.

Kaloustian's appointment is another positive development for Zambian football, highlighting the growing opportunities for former players to contribute to the sport beyond their playing careers.

Her move into football management could also help strengthen connections between emerging Zambian female footballers and opportunities in the international game.

For Kaloustian, the appointment represents an opportunity to use her experience and knowledge of football to support the next generation of female players.

Football DNA congratulates Inonge Kaloustian on her appointment and wishes her success in her new role.
