NKANA STADIUM - TEMPORAL HOME VENUE.

Here is an official statement.

Trident Football Club would like to issue an official statement regarding the confirmation of Nkana Stadium as our home ground for the time being. Due to the ongoing rehabilitation of Sentinel grounds, we have sought a temporary venue to host our matches this season, and Nkana Stadium has been approved for this purpose.

"We understand the importance of having a home ground that meets the necessary standards and provides a suitable environment for both our players and supporters. While we made efforts to secure a venue within the North Western Province, the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) has yet to grant permission for Super Division football to be played at any of the available venues in the region" says Trident CEO, Mr. Mvula Mangulenje.

As a result, we have opted for Nkana Stadium, which meets the required infrastructure and safety standards for professional football. We appreciate the cooperation and support of the authorities in allowing us to utilize their facility during this period.

"We would like to assure our fans and stakeholders that we remain committed to finding a permanent home ground within North Western Province. We understand the significance of having a local base and the positive impact it can have on the community and our team. We are actively engaging with our main sponsors to explore all options available and expedite the rehabilitation process of Sentinel Stadium so we can host games before the end of this year" added Mr. Mvula
