The Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) has officially announced that tickets for the September 8, 2025 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Morocco are now on sale across the country.

FAZ General Secretary, Machacha Shepande, confirmed that the fixture will be played on a Monday at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola. He explained that the scheduling follows a directive from CAF, as Morocco is scheduled to face Niger on Friday before travelling to Zambia.

“Our request was for the game to be played over the weekend, but our opponents have a match on Friday and require 48 hours for travel and recovery as per CAF/FIFA regulations,” Shepande said.

Shepande assured fans that preparations are in full swing and urged the public to rally behind the Chipolopolo in this crucial Group E encounter.

“Our plea is for fans to turn up in numbers to push our boys to victory. Given the pedigree of the opponents and the star-studded team our coach has unveiled, we are confident that fans will troop to the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in numbers,” he added.

Ticket Pricing

To encourage early purchases, FAZ has introduced affordable ticket options, including an early bird offer:

K30 – Early Bird (Ordinary)

K50 – North & South Stands

K100 – East Stand

K150 – West Stand

K300 – VIP

Tickets are available at all Shoprite outlets nationwide via Computicket.

Shepande also noted that match timings are set by CAF/FIFA in line with international broadcast arrangements, and FAZ has no control over the scheduling.

The Chipolopolo will host Morocco on September 8, 2025, at 15h00 in what promises to be an electrifying clash as Zambia pushes for World Cup qualification.
