The 2024 award was won by Emma Hayes, who led the USA Women’s National Team to an Olympic gold medal in Paris. Hayes, a seasoned manager often ranked in the top 10 for her success with Chelsea, achieved this milestone in her first year as USA coach.

Montse Tomé of Spain and Sarina Wiegman of England followed in second and third place, respectively, reflecting their dominance in European football.
