Chipo Sondashi is a young Zambian soccer player plying his trade at FC Muza and currently pursuing his Bachelors Degree in Environment Health at the University of Zambia (UNZA) and he is catching the eyes of many because of his skills in the trade.

Born on December 19, 2001, Monze town of southern province, first child of Ethel Muchimba and Kapata Sondashi, Chipo is a 22 year old goal getter who is gradually going beyond what they say the sky is the limit.

The FC Muza player (Chipo Sondashi) grew up in Monze town and attended primary education in Monze town.

He sat for his grade seven Exams at Tagore Primary school and scooped 795 marks.

After attaining good results, he was accepted at Canisius High School where he later joined Chikuni Coops to continue his football journey.

Sondashi got much of his inspiration from one of the world’s best football players known as Christiano Ronaldo or rather CR7 and his uncle Stanley Munsaka who played for Monze Swallows.

He played with the team (Chikuni Coops) till 2018.

When he completed his high school, he walked away with another 9 points achievement after sitting for his Grade 12 exams, despite the many high school Football trips to compete with other schools.

After completing high school, Chipo later joined FC Muza in 2019. He applied at The University of Zambia (UNZA) to pursue a Bachelors Degree in Environment Health of which luck was on his side paving way for another academic career path.

As the saying goes “dreams will need effort, consistency and focus”, Chipo is currently in his fourth year at the learning institution(UNZA).

However, despite the challenges that come with balancing school time and his soccer career, the determined emerging football star is doing far beyond excellent.

His passion to reach great heights is what motivates him to keep aiming high.

He is currently one of the club's top goal scorers hence giving him the rare privilege to be recognized by many for being skillful, giving the club more exposure on various digital platforms and on the ground.

His dream is to play football professionally in Europe and obtain his degree.

It is safe to say that he is definitely going to go down in the books of being one of the best football players Zambia has ever Produced as we wish him nothing but the very best.
