Copper Queens Hold Mobility Session Ahead of Scorchers Clash

The Copper Queens intensified their preparations for the upcoming FIFA international friendlies against Malawi with a mobility session at Pamodzi Hotel in Lusaka. The session, conducted in a relaxed outdoor setting, focused on flexibility, injury prevention, and overall player recovery.

Designed to complement their rigorous training regime, the mobility session also served as a bonding opportunity for the players, allowing them to mentally refresh ahead of full-scale tactical drills. Coach Nora Häuptle has structured the team’s preparation to ensure peak fitness levels before facing the Scorchers in a double-header scheduled for February 22 and 25 at REIZ Arena (formerly Woodlands Stadium).

Both matches will kick off at 15h00, with tickets available for purchase at all Shoprite stores countrywide via CompuTicket. Prices are set at K50 for General Access, K100 for the Grand Stand, and K200 for VIP seating.
